Established to provide Strata Schemes and their Strata Managers a reliable professional "handyman" trade technician service, to exceed all expectations of professionalism, integrity, and effectiveness for those Strata Schemes that are unable to budget for Facility Maintenance.
Understanding Strata Management
We understand that on occasions Strata Managers move on from their positions. Unfortunately, in most cases when there are such changes the handyman that has been regularly attending to the property will very likely be lost in the change. This sometimes leaves the Strata Scheme at times with no handyman for a period of time and when the new manager takes over, they will generally bring their handyman with them who is unfamiliar with the property.
Our team have extensive experience in Strata Management and Property Maintenance. Engaging with our Service Agreement will ensure that your Strata Scheme will continue to have our services engaged if there happens to be a change in management.
Once engaged with Strata Multiservices, we obtain full property details on record such as access details, key safe codes, parking details, Strata Scheme number, Plan of Subdivision, location of toilet, CCTV access details and contact details for the Cleaner.
Professional Administration
All invoices and reports are sent to the Strata Manager in the name of the Strata Scheme within days of the service being provided, with images of the items being rectified and any required reporting for either recommendations on other repairs or quoting.
At Strata Multiservices we believe that Women are capable of undertaking the role of a "handyman" and therefore that is why we highly regard our skilled team as Multiservice Technicians.
Tim Foote
Tim is Certified IV at RMIT as a Strata Manager and has previous employment as the role of a Strata Manager for some of the largest firms.
Handyman and Advanced Rigger in Telecommunicaitons, he has worked in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
In Tims earlier career, he completed an apprenticeship in Composite Race Yacht Building in New Zealand and used to work with Team New Zealand in the Americas Cup.
He is still a passionate sailor and has completed the Sydney to Hobart a number of times as crew for a yacht by the name of Dark and Stormy, a Sandringham based Yacht.
